Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Via Nova Style, we want you to love your purchase. If it’s not quite right, we offer flexible return options for Australian customers.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind if the following conditions are met:
- Email sales@vianovastyle.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, with no creases or damage from try-ons.
- The original packaging (including tissue paper) must be intact and in good condition.
- The item must not be marked as "Sale".
Faulty Item Returns
If you receive a faulty item, we’ll resolve the issue under Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product has a manufacturing defect (excluding damage from misuse or normal wear and tear).
To report a faulty item, email sales@vianovastyle.com.au with your order number and photos of the fault.
How to Return Your Item
- Pack the shoes securely in the original packaging.
- Email us at sales@vianovastyle.com.au to request return instructions.
- Double-check your details on the return label—incorrect details may delay processing.
- Processing time: Allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping costs: Returns due to change of mind are at the customer’s expense. Faulty item returns will be covered by us.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen returns.
